I have been a Supra Telecom customer for a few years and also an Earthlink DSL subscriber for years. All of a sudden, Supra decided to charge me $20.00 for a "DSL surcharge" three months ago.

They stated when I called them "this is just a fee by Bellsouth that we (supra) are happy to pass on to you the customer". Yes, he actually said the word happy.
This is an outrage. Bellsouth denies charging this fee to Supra. What is really going on here?
