Supra Telecom Steals Peoples Money !!!

They Deserve to be put out of business !!!!

In 2002, I decided to switch my phone service to Supra Telecom to take advantage of their great rates. What A mistake. I wanted 3 phone lines and I contacted them to start service. They requested a $180.00 deposit which I promptly paid.

Weeks went by and never heard a word about the service. Every time I tried to contact them I was sent from one rep to another. It was always being installed tomorrow. (which never comes). Finally I was told that they could not set up the service, I politely asked for a refund and then they said it would be mailed. I waited a month before calling them again and was told that the refund would be in the next billing cycle.

Again, You guessed it, It never came. Calling them again over more months only gave more of the same promises with no results. Then, something finally happened, I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE BANKRUPTCY COURTS for me to fill out because Supra Telecom applied for bankruptcy protection and I was on the list as being a creditor. How can I be a creditor? I thought It was a deposit for services, Now I'm a bank?

Well needless to say, after going through every channel possible, (Including the Florida Public Service Commission, a total waste) I never received any service and of course never received my $180.00 back either.

Anybody who does business with this company should have their head examined. Oh, B/t/w ATT (now comcast) managed to match their prices and supply me with great phone service (AND WITHOUT A DEPOSIT)
