I went there to purchase a mattress set for my daughter. We wanted the pillow top and did buy a set. First, once I got to the loading dock, I was giving them my receipt. They said we don't need that, we know you're here to pick up a bed and started to tie the bed to my truck. Once we go home home,we realized that they gave us the incorrect bed. This was a lesser standard than the one that we paid for! We called the store and they said that we would need to bring it back. I said we couldn't as we had already unloaded it and since it was their mistake they should come to pick it up! They called me back later to say that it would have to wait until the next day and that they would get it as soon as they started and it would get to my house between 12-2.
I had to take some time off in order to be home when they delivered. At 11:30 am the next day they called to confirm that they would get the bed to my place between 12-2. At 2:15 I called them saying that the bed was still not there. They said they would call me back asap. The driver called me back at 2:40 saying that his log said that the delivery did not have to happen until 2-4! I called the store to complain and some sales guy (not the one I bought from) said "that was just too bad. we didn't do anything wrong, that's the delivery people. the manager said that same thing and he didn't even apologize for the mistakes. I told him that was the worst service I have ever had from a furniture store and he said "there's really nothing I do" wouldn't even apologize for their incompetence. I have told all my friends not to shop there. They only want your money,they don't care how they service you
