on going story:i had a layaway thru this company. payed it off. don't owe nothing, well i got a set of pots and pans , well when they got here the box looked like it had been thru the civil war, no name on where they come from . the pots and pand were dented. i called sweepstakes and the told me , my order hadn't been sent out yet. i told them , gloria was the womans name,i had got a box of pots and pans . from who i don't know , because there was no name from where they were from, she told me they would send me shipping returns and then , i should send them back to the shipping dept and then they would hold my order till they got things straight, which would be , god knows how many months from now, i would get a new set. why should i have to wait for all this rigmarole. all i want is what i payed for a new 32 peice cookware. not som damaged stuff ty Dorothy
