I am pleased to see that you are still attempting to better yourself but we know that will never happen. I would suggest however that you may want to change your writing style just a little as it is really starting to get dated and just a bit boring.

Hard to be slanderous when all I did is cut and copy and quoted what you posted earlier.  I also provided links to the quote or cited the post that I quoted from the exact thread location.  So Charles you know darn well its not slander if I copied your own words.  Good luck on proving your own case to the website owner on that one there Charles. 

Also while your are at it...tell them or direct them to the location where you stated that you want to harm yourself and/or others.  Bet that will get the owners attention.  Posted harm to oneself and/or others is a crime even when posted in a blog-like setting.  If you don't believe me try threating the President of the United States of America here and see how long it takes for the secret service to be doing a meet and greet.

And since you have the owners attention, why not tell him about the large thread that you hijacked and threated and posted over 50 comments about racist remarks about African-Americans.  Don't think that could get some attention huh?  Trust me Charles that in itself is race-baiting and is almost a civil-rights violation (federal crime) and placing this site for numerous lawsuits for allowing such to continue here.

As for the rest of your mindless comments Charles, you created your own issues here.  I did not violate any terms of service here but you did.  You posted racist remarks about African-Americans in numerous threads and how you wish you could harm them; you posted threats to others when you said you want to harm or kill others under the Schneider National thread too.  Then under your own screen name (Cloudis) thread, your english suddenly became picture perfect.  No spelling errors, no run-on sentence, no endless thoughts.  Charles...these are your posts, not anyone elses.  You are an intelligent person...hell even in the near latest Wal-Mart threads your english skills suddenly improved but when I bet that they will go back south...amazing they did again.

Steven Is a moron just like the others who posted comments'.   They can dish out crap but they sure can't take abuse back.

If an otherwise qualified applicant is turned down due to something like a credit score they have to be told that the reason was bad credit and then they can resolve that if necessary.

Also I am sure that if an an experienced trucker has been turned down that the employer must inform him/her that they were turned down based on the info on the report that truckers have on their background (sorry I just had a mind dump on that report).

This person applied with NO EXPERIENCE and stated that they would need company provided training. The easiest answer Swift can provide IF they elect to is to say there were others more qualified for the position. Also, I think if the OP looks closer that they would see that Swift does not hire people with NO EXPERIENCE since their training is more focused on training drivers the way that Swift wants them to do their jobs. Also Swift goes through a subsidiary to hire their drivers so they do not work directly for Swift anyway.

In OOIDA's LandLine edition,  July 2011 issue; they discussed this in a paragraph...I will have to dig it back up but per FMCSA regulations...a potential employer does have to inform an applicant why he or she was denied when requested.  I have to believe it has something to do with the fair credit reporting act that affects all of us via our credit reports and DAC reports.  I will look up the article and repost the information asap and supporting documentation but if any of you can get the information sooner...then please post it here.

If you called and talked to me like you did that lady at Swift, I would have hung up on you too and not bothered to deny it....get over yourself and work on getting qualified.

What makes you believe that they MUST tell you why they are not offering you a position or sponsored driving school.

You applied and were denied-end of story.

Not being told WHY you are not being offered a job is NOT a rip off unless you can PROVE they violated anti-descrimination laws.

Just a general question. Why do you feel you were entitled to an explanation? No company is ever obligated to give a reason for denying employment. Why do YOU think you were denied employment or training for that matter? Any traffic tickets?

If you check out this board for complaints about trucking companies you will see that many view this sponsored training as a form of indentured servitude.

If you are serious about getting a CDL see if any community colleges near you offer a CDL training program. These programs are often longer than the 3 week to month long classes that the trucking companies offer (as well as Roadmaster and other schools) but the class sizes are often smaller and you get more time behind the wheel before you take your test and you pay less than half as you would going to Roadmaster or other schools.
