They're not trustworthy.  I recently purchased a software product from them. 

However they failed to send the keycode to activate the product and after contacting their "bogus" customer service through email (support@swreg.org) and customer support at www.cardquery.com (per their email instructions), I have yet to receive any response within 3 weeks of purchase.  My only option was to ask my bank to reverse the charges ** which I hope they do.
