Purchased Password Recovery Bundle Professional for 51 USD. The software doesn't work as advertised (keeps crashing, doesn't find the password as per the demo, instant removal doesn't work, etc.). Support (Hulda) offers more software which doesn't work and refuses to refund, despite the 90 days money back guarantee.

This is a fraud plain and simple. The demo shows you that it can find a password in 1 hour, and the real software crashes. Paypal doesn't work. Awards are probably fake and guarantees are meaningless. Payment systems should blacklist this company. Opened a fraud case with the credit card company.
