Warranty not honored!

I got the software to reset my Windows 10 password. I followed the instruction as stated with no luck. I then contacted support and got no response. I tried there instruction about 5 different times trying to reset all the accounts, again with no luck. Support did get back to me after a day and gave me other instructions that I had already found on their site that also did not work. So I finally use another company’s software to copy the files I wanted to keep and had to reinstall Windows 10.

When I requested a refund multiple times, all I got back from their support was they could send me more software that may be able to fix the problem. I had already recovered my files and reinstalled Windows.

I did get this response

The software you purchased is being used by thousands of customers for its powerful and stable performance, so we do hope it can also help you solve your problem.  If any info on our website misled you, please tell me the details. I will check and confirm. It is not reasonable to refund when we do not do any troubleshooting, especially when there is a free trial demo version for you to test.

Well, I did try the demo version first. I would have not parched the software if it had said it could not recover or reset my password. I also had to pay extra to get the Pro version to have it run from a USB flash drive. Because the web site stated that the “Standard” version was for CD only.

I have had to resort to contacting my credit card company and dispute the charges.

Story short buy this software if you like to give your money away.
