DVDFab swreg inc, fengtao software, dvdfab6 Ripoffsstaeling money from customers USA

 This company is a ripoff u purchase on line and then they tell you u purchase from an ilegal site. I purchase this software more than 3 years ago from them i had call for customer service and got help before and now that they upgrading the packages my code wont work. I sent reports and file claims after ignoring me for 10 days they sent me an email stating that i purchase this software ilegaly on line and thats there is nothing they can do to try to contact the company i purchase it from wich is dvdfab and is under (Lupus Team) but they say now is not their website. They have so many websites that they use with diferrent prices so customers can buy and now after all this updates their lying saying is not them before i purchase i ask them if this was dvdfab.com and receipt and everything say DVDFab I found my purchase confirmation and is was sent from email dvdfabnet@gmail.com on the 12/17/2010 and this ripoff wont do anything to give me a code or a refund. This is the information i got from them when i purchase
