This site is selling software for unlocking iphone but it does not work!!!

I have an iphone 4 on os 4.1 baseband 02.10.04 and although they clearly state on their site that they can unlock it (with this baseband) , software is not working for the specific baseband!!!

Also this software is widely available for FREE on the internet (legally) , but I bought it since I thought it was something NEW , cos till now , unlocking iphone 4 on the baseband above is not possible.

Also they gurantee a 100 % refund if software is not working but they never reply to my emails.
