Let me start by saying I have been a part of this company for about a year or two or so. I got introduced through a friend and was very intrigued with the information they had to share regards to basics of money (no complaint in that).

The problem start whe you decide to join the firm and they encourage you to recruit new associates to sell life insurance to them. I have been in the financial services industry for quite sometime so I am not a newbie there. The company's structure is set up to where the two founders Les Schlais and John Kim are banking it the most, manipulating peoples emotions and preying on the financial burden.

You really need to be clear of the guy John Kim, hes the master manipulator who uses psychology to use people. A true wolf disguised in sheeps skin.  All of the higher management which they refer to as 'leadership' (pfft) are completely tunnel visoned and brain washed by this man. Not only he think he's king, what kind of a CEO comes onto single/married woman that are working in his company?!? f'in gross..uh.. have you heard of sexual harrasment?? oh, it doesnt apply because we're all 1099's. it's really sad..how people refer to this guys as a 'mentor' when most of them dont even really know the guy personally. Matter fact, I kind of feel sorry for the fella.

The company sells life insurance. Mainly index ul's. Im not an financial expert but there are hundreds of other financial instruments besides life insurance to plan for you retirement .. why do tehy only life insurance?? ill tell you why..in the financial sector life insurance is the instrument that pays the highest amount of commison to the companys/agents as long as they bring volume of business to the isnurance comapnys. 

The idea is Recuit, Sell/buy life insurance, recruit some more, sell/buy life insurance, oh, you ran out of your 'market' im sorry but thanks for paying for my mercedes, bmw and my mortgage bye.

Please stay clear of this company. If you need more reference, look up WFG, (((names REDACTED))) they all operate teh same way.
