 I worked at syncis thinking and believing everything the management told me is the truth. Sadly it's not. 1. The pay structure is not what they tell you when you sign up 2. The result of policy writing is not what they tell you 3. An associate starts at 30% but they take away chunks of the money if you don't know how to write a policy.. and they don't focus on making you independent agent .. They want free labor .. 30% minus 25% just because managment helped you write a policy. By the time you get the check in your hand.. the managment figures out how to keep more money in thier hand. So they make you buy t shirts from them, also books that costs 4 bucks online .. They make you buy it for 10 bucks and if you don't buy it.. They insult you infront of peers.. They justify thier actions by saying this how employer treat employees. Sadly I stuck around and wanted to get promoted to 50%.

After working and closing appointments I realize these people can't actually do paperwork correctly. My clients were dissatisfied, this company made me look unprofessional. They make you come to the office for [Trainning] but none of the training is about how to write policy and keep more money in your pocket.. They train you only with motivation and keep u at the office till 10 pm. Most of the people in sysncis have day time jobs and families .. sysncis wants u to forget about family and kids.. They want slaves.. to come in in weekends and listen to endless barrage of motivation. They have something called BPM meeting for 4 hours 2 times a week .then conference calls 2 times a week .. 1 hour each Then training called product training 2 times a week on weekends I was in that office everyday.. late night.. my family needed me and I tried to convince them sysncis is amazing.. But they let me down.. I caught them lying to me.. They keep complete control of thier people .. it's a cult.. people follow them blindly because they believe everything managment tells them.

After a year, and failed deals.. being insulted many times..after having my family insulted .. my kids ignore by me.. for NO money.. I left. If I was loaded with money ... I would use them for harrsment and misleading statements. Along the way I realized there are companies that offer 90% commissions and train as you need and don't charge you extra for anything! I quickly left.
