The letter below is what the company has done all year, every time I have tried to speak to them they tell me they can not speak to me. And hang up. I have been force to pay them to keep it on. Over charges for a plan I have not had for over 9 months and have activated new service and they keep me in a plan that is all in riching them and making me go broke! This is another way of telinng me to pay or we shut you off! I have e-mails, SMS!
