Ad on Facebook say free 30 oz tumbler, just pay shipping. No where does the site mentions 7 day trial. I called the Ibex customer service number and the Rep said that a 7 day trial was mentioned in terms and conditions section. She offered me to return it and pay another shipping charge or receive a 30% discount credited back to my account. I just succumbed and surrendered and took the discount of $12. Fraud, Rip-off
