Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Saw the ad offering a 30 oz tumbler, just pay $6.95 shipping. Received the tumbler and was charged an additional $39.95. Called and got a RAM and returned it. A month later still have not received a refund.

After a month and a half Ibex refunded the $39.95 but not the shipping. It took several e mails and phone calls to get results.

I also ordered the Ibex Tumbler and did not see the fine print about having to call. I followed up yesterday and they wanted me to provide the tracking number. I should have known to keep it. We went round and round and finally asked for a supervisor who was able to issue the refund without any further debate. If I had not received a refund I would have called my credit card company and complained. Good luck.
