Taco Bell Belle Grande Nacho had what appeared to be a single pubic hair in it. Mgr was very disrespectful when called. Shakopee, Minnesota

On April 4th 2010 at approximately 11pm, we made a purchase of a Nacho Belle Grande, a Volcano Taco, Fiesta Potatoes, a Softshell Chicken Taco, and 2 5-Layer Burritos at the Taco Bell on Vierling Drive in Shakopee, Minnesota.  After opening the top, we revealed what appeared to be a pubic hair on the top of our order.

Upon calling the restaurant, we then spoke to a manager who first accused us of lying and told us there was nothing they could do even after we offered to bring the order back and show it to them.  The manager also then started mocking us on the phone when we spoke of reporting them to corporate.

After being hung up on, and calling back several minutes later, the restaurant finally agreed to replace the food.  Quite frankly it's not the food we were worried about considering the appetite was gone, but the principal of the fact and the lack of respect for customers that teh manager showed.  We will never eat here again and hope the manager gets fired.
