Tate Music Group took$1985.00 of my money, did not fulfill contract, my cd is for sale all over the internet but I have seen no compensation Mustang Oklahoma

I signed a contract with Tate Music Group in January of 2009. I sent them $1985.00 for them to represent me and my music. We were called Tw2 Of A Kind, bluegrass,folk gospel. They said in the contract that they would get us at least 6 six singing events the first year and tv and radio,newspaper interviews. They got us 2 gigs, and no tv, or radio, or newspaper interviews. Lastly, I saw that they took our CD off of their site where it was for sale in their online tatemusicgroup store. But it is for sale any other place on the net, ( amazon, itunes, cduniverse, airplaydirect,s potify ) If we have had any sales, we have not seen any compensation.  They did make me music for two songs ( thats the way a good father does and he is the troubled water. ) the other songs on the cd were all done by me previously and they mastered them. They also done my art work. They took my money, and they did not fulfil their end of the contract. I want my money back and if there has been any sales, I want the money from said sales . I also want my CD taken out of the online stores.
