Team Beachbody I was researching questionable charges on my credit card and found this site and the letter from "Katie" In Texas. I am having the exact bad experience. Grove City Ohio

I was looking into questionable charges on my credit card statement. and was led to this site and read the letter from Katie in Texas.
I am having the same experience with Team Beachbody.
It was the first time I ever responded to aTV infomercial. I feel really stupid and will never respond to one again.
All I wanted was the exercise DVD's. When I called I experienced what Katie experienced. A fast talker , Mx offers of support groups, magazines, free vitamins, the direct phone number to my "coach" on and On. I was becoming frustrated, listening and saying no thank you. I wish now I had hung up.
I am receiving vitamins and magazines in the mail. I did agree to 3 issues of Woamns Day but must now figure out how to stop these before I am charged with a subscription. I thought the vitamins cam with the offer.
I am so disappointed that what was suposed to be a positive healthy experience for me has turned ugly.
I will continue to pursue getting the charges dropped from my credit card stopping any further charges. My credit card will help dispute the charges if I ask them ffor help. We will see.

CHARGEBACK FEES

I found getting my cc company ( citibank) to dispute the charge works, and the "offending" company gets a charge back fee.
maybe they will learn their lesson if they get enough complaints to the cc company and lots of chargeback fees.
I hope if companies get enough complaints logged twards them from customers via the cc companine they will not be allowed to take credit cards
