Team lava Storm 8 Refuses block button-mute buttons. Thrives on Dramas Redwood,Ca Internet

Team Lava / storm 8 refuses to uphold their term of service policies. On March 22nd I had emailed team lava/storm 8 about a problem I was having in their game BAKERY STORY.

I had explained to them that a player was and still is stalking me. I asked that team lava manually remove my name from this player’s wall as this is how this perpetrator keeps harassing me.

After sending numerous emails to this company they still refuses to remove my name from this players wall, and this person has now ruined my game play where as I had to delete my entire neighborhood.

Team lava/storm 8 refuses to give its players a mute or block buttons (for amendment right purposes) so players them self can block these harassments that all players endure.

Team lava sells gems and in order to change a name in game they charge 10 gems..They do not sell just 10 gems you must buy at least 24 gems at $4.99.

I absolutely refuse to give this company any moneydue to the customer service and also to buy gems in order to change my name while my new name will still be on that player’s wall for him to keep the harassment/stalking up.

I have asked team lava/storm 8 to help me resolve this issue and had also sent them laws pertaining to cyber-stalking and online bullying etc.

"Agent XXX" reply to me was " do not interact with this player at all, nor mention the players name and do not return tips. If this behavior continues please let them know..

Perhaps my English was not proper. I wish for this company to manually remove my name off of this player’s wall so I may resume my game play without this player being able to detect me in the future.

If this company can transfer games, and fix technical difficulties and many other task involved with gaming issues.. How can they not help me with this issue? They have since ignored my emails pertaining to this issue.
