Team lava storm8 Charged my card but didn't get purchased item Internet

 I used my debit card to purchase gems on my fashion story game. My card was charged but I did not get the gems. I submitted a complaint with support storm8. After not getting a resolution I resubmitted my complaint. I got an email stating it would be looked into but not to submit a complaint more than once. I waited for one more day and still not resolved. So I once again resubmitted my complaint stating I don't care if they don't want me to resubmit. I told them I would continue to submit a complaint until the issue gets resolved. I've been waiting for five days and the issue isn't resolved. I'm out my money and the bank cannot replace it, and storm8 still hasn't issued my gems nor have they refunded my money.
