I was excited to be hired at Teletch as an at home CSR. They seemed legitimate and professional and it didnt cost me any money. Just had to drive a distance from home to do the urine drug test. Let me tell you..from the moment I began training (on landline and computer for 6 hours straight everyday) it was the MOST frustrating, clutster____, I have EVER encountered in my 53 yrs of life and I have had many many jobs, so I can say I am pretty much an expert at attending training modules. DONT make the mistake of applying here. NOTHING but super bad problems with their computer system. 85% of the time you cant get log into the training sessions online because the system is so slow. When I was hired, so were about 250 people at one time to train for 2 weeks straight (in 5 other telephone/computer classes) I dont even know if I will ever receive a paycheck since they could never put in my bank info in their system. On top of that, the amount of work (at home CSR representing a large store) to learn is unbelieveable. I still have pages and pages of notes trying to keep up with the training on the phone (67 other new hires along with me all talking at once all having diff kinds of computer/phone connection issues. It was a real ZOO. Save yourself the trouble trust me! Stay away from Teletech hell.
By the way, they advertise "must work every weekend and holiday to be hired" it's a lie, at least 2 of the ladies out of my group of 30 people (after most new hires dropped off right away) were given permanent Saturdays and Sundays off while the rest of us have to work all weekends etc. NOT FAIR!
Before we were hired we were told we would work 6 hours per day...NO it was more like only 4 hours. This is told to you AFTER you have trained (in hell) for 2 weeks! Great, you've just had a new home phone installed, scheduled a baby sitter for certain hours, bought computer or phone items so you could work. How much did that cost you?? RIP OFF!! Get it together Teletech!

teletech company is digusting!first they take there sweet time getting back to you then at last minute give you a complete list of things you have to do ranging computer test to burning programs to cds, downloading software(which takes HOURS) readiness hearing test etc all in less than 4hr! i am just now completely training that took two weeks to complete. whats sad about it the training was HORRIBLE. i learned zero! nada! NOTHING! The training takes place via internet webex you basically look at a bunch of slideshows all saying the samething yada yada worded differently about how "great" teletech is. the actually JOB you'll be assigned to you learn NOTHING about until the last few days of training. kudos to you if you actually recieve payment for all the frustrating you have to go through. i've been waiting now for a MONTH just to recieve payment for my orientation. WOW . whats even more sad about this is . them trying to underpay me for the MANY hours of sitting on the phone listening to the boring lectures. funny how that works you have no real way of proving the hours you really worked because "kudos" your timecard sheet also does not work properly varying from issues of trying to startup or password issues. HA . coincidence? i think not ! way too techinical problems, each and every single day. oh speaking of that . GOODLUCK actually getting some real assistance in fixing all the issues. my point is i agree completely with the person that posted this . RIP OFF !!!! freaking ZOO . way too frustrating . chances are you WONT get paid . DONT DO IT !! .
