terraserver do not sign up can get same photos for free at google North Carolina

I signed up with terraserver went on line looked at photos realized thier photos are not in real time, which is what they make you belive. so with in 10 minutes i went back on line and cancealed my subscription which there is an option to do so on thier web site. when my credit card bill came following month i was still billed for the whole year so i called and talked to some lady who was very rude and explained i never used thier service it did not do what i needed she only repeated over and over "all sales are final " they refused to even pro rate the bill. from what i have read once they get your card # they keep billing then say "all sales are final". I would never do bussiness with these loosers.  called my credit card company who said they could not help so i told them if terraserver stold any more money from me it was on them !
