Tess Torres Be Free International LLC Absconding without payment. Theft by deception Palmyra Pennsylvania

I extended a personal loan of $2500 to Ms. Tess Torres of Palmyra, PA on September 20th 2017 to expand her company Be Free International LLC.

The terms were clear on both sides and she was supposed to start making principal + interest payments on December 15th 2017.

To date (2/11/2018) she has not fulfilled her obligations as she has not made any payments towards the outstanding debt nor has she contacted me to make alternative payment arrangements.

Ms. Tess Torres is not responding to my multiple phone calls, emails and social media messages and has decided to remove me and my wife from her social media profiles therefore we are unable to make direct contact hith her.

On her last social media posts Ms. Torres declared she was moving to Florida with her family within a week. She has also resigned from her last job as medical technologist.

This post serves as an additional note of collection on my behalf.

Ms. Tess Torres as per the terms of our personal loan agreement you are now in default of the same and I, the debtee hereby demand full payment on this debt including the borrowed amount ($2500) plus the expected accrued interest ($350) for a total of $2850 owed to me effective immediately.

Please forward this final payment to my attention within 7 days of this notice (no later than 2/18/2018) otherwise I will be pursuing legal action against you and your company.
