To whom it may concern:

Juan and Tess Torres are swindlers. They are screwing people out of money in a myriad of ways. They have a scam going on where they borrow money from innocent victims and only pay back a small amount. This is a voice to all the communities in Pennsylvania and Florida and anywhere else they may have ingratiated their way.

Juan and Tess play the innocent card on social media as a hardworking God-fearing family. They now have a daughter so that adds up to their credibility. But make no mistake they will take your money and use it for themselves. YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE INVESTED. TESS TORRES DOES NOT WORK FOR AN INVESTMENT BANK. It is all part of their con. Investment Managers Mr. Furman and Mrs. Enriquez are actually made up people. So if you ever talked to Tess Torres “banker boss” Mr. Furman you actually were talking to Juan and vice versa.

The clothes these con artists wear the expensive stuff they buy will be paid by your hard-earned $$.

They use fake addresses that are certain not to have them as tenants so no one can track them. They hide behind Juan’s family and often have relatives vouch for them.

Yes I saw all the reports online but it was too late. I was swindled $3000 for a make-believe investment that Tess Torres was supposed to do for me. Juan identified his wife as a very successful investment banker. I was promised my money back in monthly installments plus a percentage but after the first $450 payment I didn’t see one more cent.

Juan and Tess are Mr. and Mrs. pretexts. For example Juan claimed he couldn’t pay back the money because his wife was suddenly diagnosed with a tumor in her brain and needed to undergo chemo. He also claimed his Mother had recently died but guess what his Mom had a facebook profile and was very much alive. He told another victim he had liver cancer. He is a pathological liar. Not a word that comes out of his mouth is the truth and his wife is not better. She claims she doesn’t even have money for diapers or milk for her baby because of a bad investment but she takes a long leisure trip to her country of origin the Philippines. She claims she was the victim of sexual harassing by her boss and she had to resign but the company she claims to have worked at Fairmount Partners have no record of a Tess Torres or Marites Torres.

Juan and Tess feel invincible and you will notice that because they don’t care about posting pictures online about trips they take every week or expensive electronics and gifts they buy. While they flash their “wealth” their victims have to go through hardship and adversity.

It’s not right but they’ve been getting away with it since they lived in Florida. At the beginning it was just a few hundred dollars here and there but since they moved up north they are scamming big time. They even quit their real jobs and do full time scamming while collecting unemployment and welfare.

The cops don’t usually show a special interest because all the transactions are in cold cash without leaving a trace. They are very smart but I’ve been told by a detective that these type of people sooner or later get sloppy and make mistakes. Karma needs to catch up big time with these two.

I don’t expect to recover any of my money because by the time they end up in jail there is going to be nothing left but at least I can warn others.

Thank you for listening and if you have been a victim of Juan and Tess Torres stay positive. You are not alone.

AUTHOR: Eddie - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 31, 2018

As per social media Juan Torres and Tess Torres are moving to Florida once again leaving behind a lot of victims of their scams. This has been their M.O. for years. They scam people in one place then when they are under pressure they move somewhere else. I'm a victim of Juan's scams
