Searching for jobs online, I was contacted by this company and they set up an interview with me for the following day.

I went to the company and realized they did not have the job they had posted on line, I realize now that was the hook.  Kent Miller is a great salesman, and verbally presented his job finding company as very successful.  Kent showed me emails he just received about his successfully securing jobs for other customers. Kent was very friendly and commiserated with your situation and made you feel he really cared about you and your situation.  He even offered to fund the business venture I was pursuing when my investor had to pull out, he clearly said he had the money and that he was also my neighbor.   As the main income provider for my family I felt I could trust and use what he promised including a possible salary of over 10K of what I had been making.

Kent said the bulk of the jobs in our area were not advertised and that he had the inside track to them.  Kent said they would do a résumé and would send out a distribution email to many companies and put me in contact through my LinkedIn account with many recruiters, all I had to do was give him my login and password.

I mentioned to Kent that I was starting a temp job the following week, he said to go ahead and start it but for me not to take a full time job with them.  Kent said he was going to help me and negotiate my salary.  I was also told by Kent that I did not need to search for a job any more.  With all that said I agreed to hire him to secure me a better paying job.  I had to charge the $1,500 he charged for his services in order for me to get the benefit of a better job through his company's process.  Kent said that I was to make sure I followed up with any emails or calls about a job.

Reality:  My LinkedIn account was flooded over 200 "recruiters" supposedly they mailed out my information to their inside companies.  After giving it about two weeks to see results, I called Kent saying that I had not received a single call or email.  Kent said that I had to send his team information about jobs that I saw and I was interested in.  I reminded Kent that he told me I no longer had to look for a job Kent and I was following what he said to me. Kent said that he would send out my resume again.

It has been almost three months and not a single call or email has been received.  I now realize that all he cared about is getting the fee.  The email distribution that he so proudly commented on seems to be only a junk email distribution, with no true connections to any company.

Please stay away, all you get is lip service and if he does find a job for someone, it must be a fluke.
