The Auto Warranty Agency THE AUTO WARRANTY AGENCY RIPPED ME OFF! I PAID THEM IN FULL AND THEY NEVER PAID ALPHA WARRANTY THE MONEY FOR MY ATO WARRANTY! Salisbury Maryland

I purchased a 2014 subaru crosstrek and decided I should purchase an extended auto warranty. I was going to use the dealership I purcahsed the vehicle from, but decided to shop around.

I googled best car warranty services and THE AUTO WARRANTY AGENCY was voted #1. I called them and spoke with a very nice well mannered gentlemen named Roger Morgan. He gave me different policy choices and prices. I told him I would think about it and get back to him in a few days.

He emailed me a couple times and gave me some pretty decent prices. I decided to go with the 100,000 mile 5 year warranty. Oh yeah if I paid the full price in advance I would save even more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So like a d**n fool I paid Mr Morgan 1,579.00 on January 5, 2016. I received all the packet in the mail with the roadside assistance cards etc. Policy #v00181022.

YEAH! Now I had peace of mind for the next 5 years 100,000 miles!

WRONG! SOOOOOO WRONG. On January 28th I received a letter from Alpha Warranty Services that my service contract was rejected for NON PAYMENT! Yup I was TOTALLY RIPPED OFF from Roger Morgan of the f------ing Auto warranty agency.

I hope all you people out there read this and don't make the same mistake I made!

I have tried reaching them numerous times with no luck. They do have voice mail but never ever will they return your call! Don't use this company.
