The REMM Group Theft and intimidation Tustin California

The REMM Group is GUILTY of theft !!!!!!!!!
THIS IS PROVEN IN COURT AND ALL PAPERWORK TO PROVE THIS IS READILY AVAILABLE............
Yes, The REMM Group authorized their employee to enter my apartment and steal from me in an attempt to intimidate and drive me out of the Jasmine Place Apartment complex they were hired to manage.
Sara D'Elia (CEO) and Jeanette Ruscitti (VP Operations) authorized their landlord Jenny Nguyen to come into my apartment when I was out and steal from me.  This was after I had several correspondences with them to keep their employee away from me, my daughter and my apartment because of a difference in opinions.

When I discovered the theft they denied it until they eventually were served court paperwork and then they admitted the theft and tried to keep it out of court by offering to replace the stolen property or pay me for a replacement.  I declined so I could have the evidence to prove the illegal activity The REMM Group was involved in and hopefully save anyone else from having to go through the intimidation and harassment I had to endure.

The REMM Group is a pure definition of "slum lords".

The REMM Group took over 3 months to fix my water heater.
The REMM Group made me live with ROACHES for over 4 months.
The REMM Group authorized a unlicensed plumber to install a water softener above my apartment causing it to rain YES RAIN 3 inches of water into my apartment.  I was then forced to live in this environment because they claim there wasn't even 1 single bedroom apartment available for me to move in to, not to mention they refused to assist in any type of replacement of my personal belongings.
The REMM Group routinely would hold checks and claim they were late so they could get a late fee (photos and videos of dropping off checks available for proof)

On 2/4/16 I sued The REMM Group for coming into my locked apartment and stealing my personal belongings.

On 2/4/16 The REMM Group was found GUILTY of this claim and admitted to their theft in front of a judge in Santa Ana, Superior Court of California.

I have now requested remittance of restitution ordered by the Superior Court of California on 6 DIFFERENT OCASSIONS and The REMM Group still refuses to pay for their illegal activities done to a tenant on a property they have been entrusted to manage.

1 full year of requesting payment for their illegal activities!
