The REMM Group bought and took over the Mesa Vista Apartments property at Linda Vista Rd San Diego, CA 92111.
They immediately raised prices to "match" the neighborhood, but without making any updates on apartments, making it impossible for many of the residents to stay.
After asking for overdue updates to my apartment (that would show a reason for the raise in rent) and NOT getting them, my family got no option but to move after 4 happy years there.
I left the apartment spotless hoping for a full refund and to my surprise I got a little over $300. out of a 1,000.
It is a ripoff, and I don't recommend to anyone making business with The REMM Group!
