I purchased a recliner rocker with massage and heat. I got it delervered and it was broken.They send me a new one that one also broken. They send me a third one and still broken The customer service people always give me a hard time with my delivery time because the time they want to deliver I am not home I always tell them I need an afternoon delivery. On Monday the customer service manager had the nerve to hang up on me. I will never purchase anything from The room place again they have terrible furniture and really horrible customer service It should not take 4 chairs to get it right and they will not refund my money either
