Theous Corporation Resume Rip-Off, No Response, No Service Los Angeles California Internet

Purchased a resume writing package from Theous Corporation online. The online price box indicated $119.00, I selected it and processed the transaction. I received a confirmation with a $165.00 charge. I contacted the company and was advised that they needed time to look into it.

I received a an email with a questionaire from Aariel Marley and was told to complete it and return to their email. Did so within a couple of hours, this was Wednesday. I sent an email on Friday to confirm the information was received and to follow up. No response. I tried calling the number list and received no response. Found another number, got through to someone and I was advised that Aariel was no longer with them and it had been about a month. I was told to send my resume to Marco. I tried repeatedly to reach Marco to speak with him before wasting anymore time sending emails and information. Each time I phoned I found it difficult to understand the employees and the phone was never placed on hold, it was set down. I could hear a lot speaking in the background and no one would come back to the phone.

Needless to say, I had no level of confidence with this company and had a time sensitive matter on my hands. I have repeatedely phoned and emailed for a full refund and have received no responses from Marco, Yuri or the manager address, that was listed on the BBB.
