Theous Corporation, Infinology ripoff, lack of correspondence from, deceptive practices, stopped receiving correspondence, this company has $165.00 of my money Los Angeles California

I received a call from some AH named Albert. He stated that I would be receiving an E-mail from him confirming my refund.

"Yeah, right, I WON'T HOLD MY BREATH". That was last week.

I sent an E-mail to manager@theous today: Here's a copy:

{I am only going to ask this once. Where is our $165.00 refund? Albert, Zoe, or whoever it is that you choose to call yourself? Get this done.

The refund of $165.00, that you owe us, must be in our company's possession by Wednesday, October 23rd, 2006 at 12:00 pm.} END

I have a feeling that I will be making travel arrangements by the end of the week. By Friday, October 27th, 2006, my issue will not be over a matter of $165 that was taken from me, but it will then be an issue of being ripped off. For me, going after Theous will be a matter of principle.
