After extensive online research, Sophea listed themselves as #1 in resume quality and pricing.

After extensive writing of my own explaining 30 years of experience, I received a single page loaded with errors, fractured sentences, missing numbers, etc.

Questions and explanations went unanswered and corrected pages were returned to the company without response on numerous occassions. The final copy sent to me six months later was still only a single page and contained the same errors.

Repeated phone calls to Marcos Shannon, Head writer, accomplished nothing. After my last complaint, a form cover letter was sent to me(with the same errors) and notified me that my file was complete and closed.
