Paid for Logo & Did Not Provide-Does Not Return Emails-Won't Refund Payment
This company is a total rip off!! I paid for a logo and resume 2 months ago and never got the logo! The resume was actaully fine but not completed in the guarenteed 30 days like promised. The individual assigned to complete my logo emailed me when she was assigned, told me she'd have my first sample in 7 days and never emailed me again. I called and emailed customer support over a dozen times requesting my money refunded and no one ever returns my calls or responds to my email. I had to report it to my bank in order to get my money back.
