I found a gig online working with Mr. Burton. He needed help with staining a 500 ft fence front and back. He agreed on the pay and stated if I had a sprayer he would pay me more. I did and we agreed to a 3 day job in cary. I showed up and completed the job within 2 days will all my equipment. He did not have the first tool. Within 2 days I spent a total of 7 hours waiting for him 3 different times. No exaggeration. He got into a minor fender bender so I totally understood and waited patiently. He then met me and sprayed the fence maybe a total of 1 hour within the 2 days. I basically sprayed it myself which I had no problem in doing. The second day about 30 minutes before I am finished he called and stated he left to go get my money, for me to finish, pack up, take pics and meet him for my pay. I was a little frustrated but agreed and did just that. He never answered my call until that night saying he was busy with the insurance adjuster and was at the chiropractor office, but he clearly was not hurt enough to come and stretch and spray a 6 ft privacy fence an hour after the accident. So the whole time I am trying to get up with him he is rude telling me he will pay me asap. We agree upon the next Monday by noon. Well next he said that when he got the check for me, that someome robbed him of it! I appoligzed all that happen (which it did not i called and verified that) but i need my money and he apologized and agreed monday he will have it. That Monday comes and I call him about 2 pm, he does not answer but he text me I am harassing him and he is going to have charges against me if I call him again. I am totally lost because I am only calling him for my money. I should of looked his name up because he owes customers money, steals, lies, does not show up, and more. This man is horrible and is ripping people off left and right!

You were paid very fair for 2 days of work. I did easily 40% of the fence. I even have videos of me doing it that you took. I'm not going to stop coming after you until you remove this. I won't go away.

I was paid 300 for doing the whole job. Did not ever say I was not paid but I have documentation of him stating he was going to pay me more which I was owed for doing the job by myself and all the hassle. I never threatened him or had anybody to do so, I simply posted what he did to me on Craigslist and ripoff report to warn other workers of him. Reading other reviews I now see he has a history of this and I will definetily look people up before I work for them. I never received all the money we agreed upon but I did get 300 of it and after I seen I was not going to get the rest I called it a wash. No need in me getting stressed out over a scum bag who is ripping people off for work he is not doing.

I paid this lady $100 more then was owed. She tried getting me to pay a total of $400 when $20 was owed. I paid $300. Only 2 weeks after job was done due to unforseen issues. All with proof. She won't remove this report because I won't pay her $400. Woman was crazy, calling me 49 times. Having guys calling and threatening me. My lawyers have been given authorization to file charges. I've been investigating her for 2 months now, my case is building and I won't stop until justice is served.
