Thor Motor Coach does not cover roof leak in new RV after 90 days Elkhart Indiana

Our $120,000 Siesta ST motor home had multiple problems upon purchase 11/18/2017.  The pump would not stay on, the theater seats would not retract, the hot water heater was unrliable, the backup and side camers did not work, we had a leak above the sink, a cabinet door had to be replaced, etc.  Because we bought it out of state, Thor gave us a list of dealers in our Atlanta area to do the repairs.

  We chose the closes dealer and waited a month for an appointment.  The dealer froze the unit and had to replace the tankless water heater, sink faucet and repair broken pipes at their expense since it was in the work order to keep it inside or flush it.  That took two months. We then decided to have a local service center do the warranty repairs because whe had used them before with our two previous RVs. 

Thor approved them and their initial estimate was $692.78. It was understood that we would have to pay the bill and get reimbursement from Thor because they do not like waiting for payment on manufacturer warranties.  The leak was not a simple leak at the window.  It was necessary to apply pressure to the unit to locate the source of the leak was an improperly sealed seam on the roof.

  The total cost of all repairs was $1316.17 and three months later Thor sent us a check for $800.  We were informed that the leak in the roof was not covered by our warranty after 90 days.  Who would expect that an improperly sealed seam in a brand new vehicle would not be covered?  Much of that initial 90 days our vehicle was in the shop/s.  The leak was in the roof from the start, but it was almost six months later when we finally got it into the right shop for repairs.

We still have repairs that need to be completed.  The air conditioning vents on one side of the vehicle do not work.  One of the speakers above the entertainment seating is not connected.  The shower stall is not flush against the wall and leaks.  The flooring has a large bubble near the table pedestal mount and sever screws are visible under the flooring.  I have asked approval on these repairs.
