Tica Cabin Rentals in North Georgia withheld funds from the cabin owner for three months before sending payments.
Currently, after being over 3 months late again, they refuse to send payments for November and December of 2008 for two cabins. They also have not sent payment for the last check sent us that was returned to us for insufficient funds.
They are a rental management company that rents cabins in Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Helen, Georgia areas as well as in Destin, Florida under the names of Majestic Vacation Rentals, Tica Cabin Rentals and Tica Cabin Rentals of Ellijay.
They will not respond to phone call or email requests.

Our differences with Harold have been resolved. I verified with him this week that he is satisfied and has no issues with us. He did not confirm if he actually posted this complaint.
When Harold began doing business with our company he had previously had issues with Tica Cabin Rentals of Ellijay. Those issues have also been resolved also.

Tica Cabin Rentals of Ellijay, under entirely separate ownership and an entirely separate operation, is not involved in any way in this controversy. We are an entirely different corporation, with a license of the tradename "Tica".
We are Better Business Bureau Members and have a rating of "A". This information may be verified on the BBB Chattanooga, TN webpage.
We are sorry Mr. Havard had this unfortunate experience with the Blue Ridge Tica office.
We again emphasize, Tica Cabin Rentals of Ellijay is under entirely separate ownership.
