Ticket Network Representative was asked specifically asked for certain tickets. The rep entered whatever they wanted to sent the order in and the tickets are wrong. They agree that they made an error and refuse to c South Windsor, Connecticut

We ordered tickets for a client and gave the representative specific seating instructions. They ordered the tickets on the other side of the stadium and said oops, we made a mistake but cannot correct it because we are the middle man and just a call center that does not possess the ability to refund or exchange!!!!

I am an employee of TicketNetwork responding to the customer above. We are very sorry to hear about any problems and confusions in regards to the customer's order.
