Ticket galaxy Ticket network, Seth Resnickoff rip off!! sold us **2 , $58.00 R. Kelly tickets for an extra $190.00 "FEE". Made it seem as though this was the actual ticket price, until they came via UPS. with a name of seth resnickoff as the original"buyer" , and "$58 as the full price of each ticket, my husband called to find out why he paid $370, they said "that's what we do , sell other people's tickets, and charge a fee, sorry no refunds". These are NOT sold out tickets, or even "good seats", these tickets are available in abundance, I looked up the "original buyer" on the tickets, seth resnickoff, well he also works for a ticket scam, ticket network. .this is a ring that needs to STOP. we are filing a bank dispute, but WHAT A SCAM!!! I can't believe my husband fell for this! Internet

Complete scam!! These people are working in a network,  under all sorts of names, ie; ticket galaxy,  ticket network,  seth R.   was the original buyer of the tickets my husband paid an undisclosed FEE of nearly $200.00 ! They make it seem like your purchasing tickets at a regular price,  when u receive the tickets,  they are basic seats. These $ 58 , R. Kelly tickets,  costed him $370. These are still available,  not good seats and we are HEATED. I cannot believe my husband fell for this!  Tickets say $58. Full price. We were charged $370+. When he called to see what happened,  they said " that's what we do, sell other people's tickets , that's our fee, sorry,  no refunds".. WOW. Now we have to do a bank dispute.

It's to my knowledge that before you buy anything off this website, you need to agree to not only the price of the tickets TWICE, but you also have to agree to knowledge that these tickets are sold on the secondary ticket market and that prices can be above or below face value.

You leave this bit out when calling this company a rip off. Then again, the same can be said for every single one of these posts.

While yes this sucks, if you paid for it on the web, you probably wont be getting a refund from the bank either. When you clicked on the "I agree" tab you signed a electronic contract. which is as legally binding as a paper contract. Since that is the case, your bank is going to request proof and once the site shows your bank that you DID agree to the terms and conditions, your bank is going to decline giving you a refund. The excuse of "I didn't understand what I was doing" or "I didn't read" no longer goes over very well with banks. Once the bank sees that what YOU are doing is SCAMMING, well that doesn't go over well either. See YOU have the tickets, THEY have your money. So the transaction is done. If you try and get a refund from the bank while still in possession of the tickets, then your bank is going to call YOU the scammer.
