This Company Sucks!!

The Price you think your paying is Not The Price You Pay!!

Bought 3 tickets to Garth Brooks for $140.00 each. plus $15.00 for Fed Ex Charges

When I got my confirmed email the price of the tickets that I was charged for was $183.00 per ticket

with a $135.87 service charge...$43.00 more for ticket and an additional service charge of $135.87 = $264.87 over charge..ARE YOU Freaking Kidding ME...What a JOKE..

   PHONE #860-533-4090 Save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT Use!!

    Called my Credit Card Company and will be disputing the Charges...

Ticket Galaxy this company is a rip off. don't purchase from them. they sold me tickets that were behind the strange and cannot be sold buy the venue. not only did they inflate the charges by 3 times they added an additional $150 fee I was not told or shown about the undated prices and all until after the sale was finalized. Ticket Galaxy retail@ticketgalaxy.com My wife and I love to go to concerts from the 60's, 70's, 80's and well found out that the Doobie Brothers and the Fabulous Thunderbirds are going to be at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. So I go on line to buy them. Well I noticed that the tickets from ticket galaxy was $30 dollars more per ticket but we want to go. When I print the receipt I noticed they added a $7.50+ $68.00 admin or service fee to the tickets. I called service reps that work for this rip-off company and they said, well, you agreed. I told them I didn't see and I wouldn't have bought them if I would have seen those charges. Both women (nothing against women, for gods sakes) said there is nothing we can do for you, you agreed with the receipt. Windsor Connecticut
