ticket galaxy pick a good seat and received the cheapest and worst seat at a high price south Windsor ct.

Was looking for pre sale tickets for Joe Bonammassa tickets for a May 7 event. Found Ticket Galaxy on internet. 

When looking at the seating chart for the event ,the best seats and the worst seat sections where highlighted. I selected the good section ,where I have sat before, and bought them.  This was 8pm at nite

I called them at 9am the next morning. I asked for my seat number and was told they hadn't got the yet. I was  bewildered as to why they took my $but had no seat , they where persale, right. Was told they hadn't bought them yet from the vendor. Shocked. I asked for my money back. She said no refund, all sales are final. I told her she hadn't sold me anything yet. She said call back later that day..

When I call back she said my seats are in section j ,way up high, not section p ,which I had clicked on, . I again ask for a refund and again denied. 

The way they display the seating chart, good sections and worst section highlighted are all selling the cheapest seat no matter which section you click on.

I just want a refund and nothing to do with these people.
