COMPLETE RIP OFF!
My family of 4 purchased Kenney Chesney Tickets for Fed Ex Field back in Decemeber (for a June show). We purchased the tickets the morning they came out (they sold out within two hours). The website ticketnetwork.com came up on Google along with ticketmaster and other traditional tickets sites. It then directed me to map of Fed Ex field, where I chose my seats. It never dawned on me that the tickets were double the actual price (I was worried about them selling out so I purchased them as quickly as possible!)
It was not until about an hour after I bought the tickets that i got an e-mail stating that there was "a delay in having the tickets printed" I called the given number many times- someone always answered, a man names Adam- he told me that the tickets may not arrive until up to one week before the concert!!
When the tickets finally arrived they were printed pieces of paper from ... TICKETMASTER!! They had a printed price of $79.00 on them (where as I had paid $163.00)! ALSO they charged my a $143.00 service fee... for god knows what! ANDDDDD they charged me $15 shipping to Fed EX my tickets to me a week before the concert!
Ticket Titans II had taken my money put it into ticket master charged me more than double, printed the tickets off ticket master and sent them to me, and then CHARGED ME!
I am infuriated! IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE PLEASE REPORT IT!

Ticket reselling may be legal but designing your websites to appear to have an official connection with the venue is misrepresentation if not fraud. No one would do buy tickets from if the disclaimers they rely on were visibly posted and not buried in fine print. I have been forewarned and wont be duped by Ticket Titans II or other deceitful online ticket selling website.

How many concerts have you been to? Because unless this is your first ever concert there is no way you wouldn't understand how it works. Ticketmaster is the "standard" and other sites would be the "secondary market". Now this is not always the case and if you are unsure you can contact the venue directly(or go through the artists site) to find out for sure. The site you went to does tell you that tickets may be above or below the face value.
You felt that $163 plus their service fee was a fair price. Sure cheaper is always better but if you didn't think that was a fair price you wouldn't have gotten them.
Oh and I am sure you are not going to like this but there are still tickets available through Ticketmaster in the $79 ticket price range. But in addition to that is a Facility charge of $27 plus the Ticketmaster fees. So that $79 base ticket is still going to cost you $120 and that is BEFORE shipping.
