On December 10, 2011 I purchased tickets for Cirque du Soleil - Quidam at Rexall Place Edmonton, AB from what I believed was Rexalls official website. It turns out it was actually a secondary ticket brokers website, Ticket Titans II, they have created their website in a very deceitful way to create the illusion that it is the official website for venue. Right after (not even a minute after) I purchased the tickets I realized it was not the official website for Rexall Place, I tried to cancel the transaction immediately with the merchant without success.

The tickets the merchant sold me are supposed to be for August 1, 2012. I contacted the venue (Rexall Place) directly and it turns out there is no event on August 1, 2012.  
I have contacted Ticket Titans II numerous times without success (email and phone). They have replied only with a standardized email, I believe, they use for any and all customer requesting a refund. They are not returning emails or calls any longer.  

They are selling the tickets WAY, WAY above ticket value!!!
