Tickets Plus Ticket Network I ordered Bon Jovi ticket for a concert in Columbus, Ohio for May 10, 2011. I did not 'look' at the tickets until the night of the concert. I paid $271.20 for 2 tickets 3 rows from the top of the Na Vernon, Connecticut

On February 7, 2011 I bought 2 tickets to a concert.  I was told the stage would be in the center of the Nationwide Arena.  I paid $271.20 for these tickets.  I never looked at the tickets until the night of the concert and saw the price per seat was $39.50!  We sat in the very top of the arena and paid all of that money.  I know I made a huge mistake be ordering these tickets from TICKETSPLUS.COM, but I was on the Nationwide Arena site originally and thought that was who I was buying the tickets from.  I have called Tickets Plus, they refuse to give me any kind of refund.  I am contacting everyone from the BBB to the State Attorney's Office to file a report on what a RIP OFF this company is!
