LeanSpa No responses from Calls, emails, or open tickets. Plus they over charged my account minutes after requesting refund. Orange, Connecticut

March 8th 2011 I signed up for the two trial products they offer.  Paying shipping cost of $4.95 one shipment & $3.95 on the 2nd offer.  Immidaitely I received confirmation in my email with a wrong shipping address in the confirmation.  I called the customer service number several times & holding approx. 20min per call without anyone ever answering the phone.  I submitted a support ticket the same day advising the correct shipping address.  Only to receive an email 2 days later that due to a large amount of support tickets submitted they are forced to close all remaining tickets and I would have to open a new ticket.  

Now it is March 15th and I have called over and over without any connection on the other end of the line.  And today I opened a new ticket stating I would like a full refund of my shipping charges being that no one has ever attempted to assist me in correcting the shipment address and I would certainly not be receiving their product. 

I listed my phone number and email in the ticket. Advising if I could get confirmation that I had done business with a legitimate company and could get a reshipment to the correct address then I would reconsider. 

In less than 5 minutes of submitting that ticket, my bank account was debited for $79.99.  I contacted my bank and have place a compliant to return my money (all of it) There are procedures that have to be taken but I am certain the money will be returned to my account. But only by my bank itself. 

My bank officer called Lean Spa as well and when she selected option "speak to a customer service rep" it disconnected her.  Unfortunately the only way to assure Lean Spa does not get money for products I have not received is to cancel my credit card and have a new one re issued.

I would not have a clue if the products actually worked or not. I suspect they do not. But even if they were to work like no other product on the market - I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM LEAN SPA.
