Leanspa LLC Free sample scam Orange, Connecticut

I ordered Leanspa after I saw glowing reports of the product on the internet endorsed by a TV station. I received my "free" sample in the mail and was billed for the shipping and handling as advised in the initial order. Within a week, I was billed an additional $79.99, BEFORE I received the balance of the months supply. I returned the product without even opening the bottles as instructed by the returns department on 4/17/11. After not receiving my refund by 5/16/11, I called and was told that they would put through a "good faith return" and was told it would be refunded to my account within 7-10 business days. I had still not received my refund by 6/9/11, I called the customer service department and was told their computers were down to call back at another time. I called again on 6/10/11 and spoke to a representative that was VERY rude, was told that they had changed the refund policy and would resubmit the refund for a check to be mailed to me. After I questioned the change in policy she told me she could ony do what she could do and was not in charge of the refunds, head office was. I am wondering why they are so quick to take money off your account, but not that eager to refund it. I would NOT recommend ordering this product purely for the fact that it is extremely difficult to obtain a refund or get any help.
