Subscribed online for one month supply of diet pills, and free pedometer from ad in SF Chronicle.on Jan 11.    Was billed $79.99 on credit card submitted.

On Jan. 20 received pills and no pedometer. Called phone number  January 21 & listened to recording to cancel further monthly pills, because my cardiologist said "NO WAY" were these safe!
Listened to their recording and followed instructions to cancel further mailings. Easiest option was to be billed $19.41 and AVOID sending back the unused pills, and thereby also to cancel further monthly mailings. To Cancel out of their progam. Confirmation # given of 29416507. This was all by way of an automated "voice" conversation.

Lo and behold, on March 1, 2011 received 60 more acai pills!!! Checked my credit card and see that on February 24 X TRIM (888 568-723, LosAngeles billed my card for $84.90!!!! Transaction #11059102000010118221!! I have tried repeatedly to telephone this SCAM company, but they do not answer calls, and their website is also dysfunctional. You cannot even send an e-mail, but rather it re-directs you back to their homepage. It is a Catch 22 nightmare.

I live on Social Security and am 66 years old. I have never been caught in one of these horrible scams before, and I need help!!!! This unwanted, cancelled billing very nearly placed me over my credit limit with my card, and I need HELP to stop this horrible scenario!

I want to see this disreputable company stopped from further ripping me off, and other vulnerable people!
