TOM BREEZE is a CORRUPT,CROOKED , CON MAN, Pathalogical LIAR, currently a licensed real estate salesman for Keller-Williams East Valley.

TOM BREEZE RIPPED OFF $4,000.00 from a former student.

Before entering into real estate, TOM BREEZE was a CHANDLER (ARIZONA) HIGH SCHOOL employee, in charge of athletic equipment.

This job gave TOM BREEZE access to young men in their formative years. It was at CHANDLER HIGH, he befriended this young man, now a US MARINE, who has served in combat in Iraq, and is a decorated war hero. TOM BREEZE RIPPED off $4,000.00 from this former student and war hero. Several months ago, TOM BREEZE convinced the young man to "loan" him $4,000.00 for some kind of "real estate deal".
TOM BREEZE promised the former student he would pay back the money in 30 days.
TOM BREEZE convinced the former student to "bank wire" the funds into an account TOM BREEZE controlled.
The former student, who trusted TOM BREEZE, Bank wired the money as requested.
Months went by, and TOM BREEZE NEVER paid the money back.
TOM BREEZE refused to return phone calls, emails and texts.
The former student, now a US MARINE, based in Orange County, California, was about to be deployed into combat again, and needed his money for CHRISTMAS....but TOM BREEZE refused to pay the kid back.
TOM BREEZE has come up with a littany of bold faced lies. First he "mailed a cashier's check"...which was NEVER received. When asked for a copy or receipt of that check, TOM BREEZE said he didn't have one, and the "bank messed up".
So...Then TOM BREEZE put a "stop payment" on the cashier's check, and "wired" the funds...the "wire" NEVER got there.
Next, TOM BREEZE "wired" $2,000.00....however, ONLY $200 was received....
TOM BREEZE said the "bank teller was stupid", and that he (TOM BREEZE) would investigate!!
As of yesterday, December 11th, 2008, Next, TOM BREEZE told the young man, he would get on a plane, come to Orange County,CA., and hand deliver the money... TOM BREEZE called the young man from the airport, and said "all the flights are full",. TOM BREEZE's bizarre pattern of deceit is scary.
Several complaints are being issued to the various authorities.
