I was shown a link to a product on this website through google shopping. The product was at 15% lower price than other competitors. Since I trust google, I clicked on the ad and that led me to this online store.

Product looked original in advertised pictures and payment was thru paypal.

Since I trust paypal, I went ahead with transaction.

Paypal transaction shows seller details:

Seller's Name: Tuan Nguyen
Seller's Email: (((REDACTED)))

After 5 days of waiting and checking for order status to change, it finally changed from 'Processing' to 'Processed'.

Meanwhile I tried to contact merchant thru paypal and thru the email address on their website. Also gave them a phone call which went to voicemail with a generic response. No reply from seller whatsoever.

I waited 5 more days before deciding to cancel order and that is also when I read the other victim's report on this website.

I am now reporting this. Have complained to Google and Paypal regarding the same.
