I found TopOneDeals.com on a Google search.

http://toponedeals.com/index.php?route=common/home

Website looked reputible, though obviously run by people whose first language was not English.  TopOneDeals was offering Intuit's Quicken Starter Edition 2015 for $24.99 with free shipping, which was $5 cheaper than any other source I could find, and being on a fixed income, I bit.  After a few days when nothing had arrived, I checked my e-mail and discovered that the product had been sent to me via e-mail as a download link.

I immediately fired off a reply e-mail saying that nowhere on the company's web page did it state that I would not recieve a physical product.  I may well need to download it more than once, and presumably a link would not do that.  I requested an immediate reply but none has arrived and it has been several days.  Surprise, surprise!!!

After reading 4 other customer complaints about TopOneDeals.com on Ripoff Report I am too afraid to open the link for fear it will contaminate my computer.  The reason I had to buy Quicken is that I recently downloaded Windows 10, it crashed my computer and I lost everything.  When I went to re-install Quicken, I found that my CDrom does not work on any version newer than Vista, so I had to re-buy Quicken.  Not eager for a re-run of the Windows 10 disaster, I am afraid to open the link provided.  It will hurt me a lot to loose $25 but better safe than sorry.

Steer clear of this on line company.  Too risky.
