We fell behind due to my dad passing away and son in hospital. We have been trying to make a hardship payment and instead of working with us they are being nasty and don't care. Yes we are 2 months behind but I kept calling and explaining our situation and the branch manager kept saying she didn't care they need their money, I told them our son is getting ready for brain surgery, she hung up on me. I am really ready to file bankruptcy on them because I can't do this anymore they are stressing me out.
